REGISTRATION FEES FOR PRESENTATION

 

Abstract submission due: October 28th, 2022.


01. Early Bird: Registration upon fee payment. Nov 21st, 2022 – Jan 27th, 2023.
02. Regular fees: Registration upon fee payment. Feb 2nd, 2023 – March 10th, 2023.
03. General Public: Registration upon fee payment. March 27th, 2023 – May 5th, 2023.

(*) “Brazilian” fees also apply to Brazilian researchers currently working or pursuing a research project in other continents (post-doc or “doutorado-sanduíche”). Brazilian professors currently employed as permanent professors abroad must pay the fee applicable to the country of their university. 

(**) In appreciation of their support, ABRE members have the benefit of paying the first cycle fee until the end of the payment period.

Payment will be requested through invoice (boleto), sent to the email address informed at the registration form. Fees will be set in reais, using the exchange rate of November 15th (for the first cycle of payments – Nov 21, 2022 – Jan 27, 2023), January 25th (for the second cycle of payments – Feb 2 – Mar 10, 2023) and March 25th (for the general public), since Brazilian invoices cannot be issued in dollars.

Latin and African professors currently employed as permanent professors abroad must pay the fee applicable to the country of their university. 

Payment must be made through a deposit to an international bank account. Bank information will be released prior to the first payment cycle.

Please make sure you or the institution funding your participation is able to make the payment to an international bank, using an international bank account number (IBAN). No other payment method will be accepted. 

Please note that fees are set in dollars, so payments made in different currencies are subjected to daily exchange rates.

Participants must send us an email with the confirmation of payment.

 

03. Registration Fees for General Public

General public USD 90.00

NOTICE

Fees include coffee breaks, as well as subsidized lunches, every day of the event.  

Please note that the event has a no-reimbursements policy. Registration fees will not be returned under any circumstance.
